While taking a 6 mile hike at Byers Lake in Denali State Park, we found a great rock for Max (left) and Calico (right) to pose on. Right after this photo was snapped, Calico bailed from the 15' rock, down the steep part on the right. She apparently thought that she should come see what I wanted since I kept calling her name to make her look at the camera. (June 2004)
